2024 Nominees

My name is Jim Campbell and I’m excited to seek another 3-year term as a WVOHOA Director. I’ve enjoyed my initial 3-year director term working alongside and learning from other directors with such diverse backgrounds and experience. My term started as a general director for the first year and elevated to my current officer role as Treasurer, which I’ve held for two years. As Treasurer, I’ve helped move WVOHOA into a digital environment. I’ve enabled online banking (mobile deposits & online bill pay) as well as an online debit/credit card payment portal for new and current WVOHOA members to pay their membership dues.
I’ve lived in Berkeley County as a member of Spring Mill Farm HOA (SMFHOA) for 25 years raising 3 adult children with my wife of 34 years. I’ve served on our BOD two separate times for a total of six years holding the positions of Vice-President and President. SMFHOA has also been a WVOHOA member in good standing since 2014. My work experience includes my current position with FedEx Corporation (Sales and Solutions) for the last 24 years preceded by 11 years as a Supply Corps Officer with the U.S. Navy.
With your support, I look forward to serving another 3-year term as a WVOHOA director. Our goal of sharing information & increasing knowledge has never been stronger. Remember, success begins with awareness for education!
My name is Jason Rainville and I believe I can provide a wealth of experience to the West Virginia Organization of Homeowners Associations. Since 2007, I’ve been a board member and officer of the Opequon Meadows HOA in Berkeley County. In that time, I’ve had many successes and failures and would love to share with the organization what I’ve learned. This is what I value the most, being able to provide information to others and to learn from other HOAs who are in the same boat.

My name is Nance Briscoe and from the beginning I have participated as the membership chairman through the consistent growth of what WVOHOA is today and have also held positions on the board directors, currently as president.
Being an active member of WVOHOA for nearly 24 years I’ve learned answers to what many of us didn’t know and I continue to share that knowledge. We’ve all continued to draw together insightful, active, and civil discussions among WV planned communities. If re-elected my attention is to continue helping homeowners help their communities.
I am married to a nuclear scientist, we have two grown sons, four grandchildren, a farm cat and a blind shelter dog. Our home is located in Cloverdale Heights HOA, Jefferson County.
