Important notice: WHOHOA is saddened by the passing of one of the founders of WVOHOA: Nance Briscoe. Her obituary can be read here. The WVOHOA board has approved a $250 donation to the Gabriel Project and will name all future education sessions in her name. The board is grateful for all of her dedication, hard work and passion she had for educating HOAs in our great state of West Virginia.
